In 2011 Patrick S. Müller established the P|A|C|O Group, a team of ambitious and creative music freelancers he worked with over the last years.

The idea behind this association is to create a network consist of highly skilled and talented musicians, arrangeurs, composers and engineers who covering every area in a production process to work all the time on the highest level. No matter what’s the task, there is always a specialist in the P|A|C|O Group with the operational ability to bring out the best results!

Under the direction of Paco in his function as an Executive and Creative Supervisor of the P|A|C|O Group, he and his production team coordinates every step of a production from the very beginning of conception and development to the final product. That gives him the capability to control all elements of a production to build and direct the necessary structures, so that the several responsible members know exactly what to do and in what way. And the role of the production team is crucial in providing a sympathetic interface between the client and the Group.

For years the P|A|C|O Group has worked together on different projects so they all have built up a fast and efficient workflow. Every member has a wealth of experience through working with many diverse clients and together with their passion and commitment they will help to realise the full potential.
